What you need to know about applying (whether a Buyer Applicant or a Tenant Applicant.) Agents should make sure to read this information or provide a link to this page to their clients.

1. Every person who will be age 18 years old or older at the time of move-in is required to complete a separate Application.
2. No person(s) may move into a Unit without having received a Certificate of Occupancy Approval as executed by the President and Secretary of the Association.
3. Any person(s) who move in later - whether a partner, family member, other person - MUST first go through the Application Process.
4. Timing — Once we receive the Application, Payment, the Contract for Sale or Lease, the ID and Proof of Income as well as any clarification(s) that might be needed, the timeframe is typically less than four (4) business (working) days.
5. Fees — $50.00 per Application. Payment instructions are on the application.
