2025 BULK TRASH INFORMATION
- If you are dropping off bulk trash, it may only be placed next to the dumpster enclosures after 6:00 pm the evening before pick-up.
- If you are dropping off bulk trash, you MUST call the city at 954-615-4050 to notify them they have to come pick it up.
- Anything not picked up by the City may be charged to the homeowner.
- Anything placed prior to the night before pickup is subject to a charge against the home.
- The schedule below may change. Make sure you check with the City of Lauderhill via their website under the **MULTI-FAMILY** schedule on their website.
BULK TRASH PICK-UP SCHEDULE FOR 2025:
MAR 27 - Place trash after 6pm on MAR 26TH
MAY 1 - Place trash after 6pm on APR 30TH
MAY 29 - Place trash after 6pm on MAY 28TH
JUN 26 - Place trash after 6pm on JUN 25TH
JUL 31 - Place trash after 6pm on JUL 30TH
AUG 28 - Place trash after 6pm on AUG 27TH
SEP 25 - Place trash after 6pm on SEP 24TH
OCT 30 - Place trash after 6pm on OCT 29TH
NOV 27 - Place trash after 6pm on NOV 26TH
DEC 11 - Place trash after 6pm on DEC 10TH
DEC 26 - Place trash after 6pm on DEC 25TH
NOTICE: ANYONE DUMPING TRASH BEFORE OR AFTER ANY OF THE TIMEFRAMES SPECIFIED WILL RECEIVE A LEVY OF THE COST TO REMOVE BULK TRASH. THE TRIP CHARGE FOR THE COMPANY THAT REMOVES THE TRASH STARTS AT $125.00 AND HAS COST THE ASSOCIATION AS MUCH AS $450.00.
DO NOT DUMP BULK TRASH BEFORE THE STATED TIME AND DATE ABOVE OR AFTER THE PICK-UP HAS OCCURRED.

The Association will be levying fines against homes that continue to be in violation of the Association's Documents on Thursday, April 28, 2022 at 6:30 pm. via Zoom. All information about each home is available to all Owners on the MEETINGS PAGE.
